Camera voice control under JB 4.1.1?

Initially after the upgrade to 4.1.1 I continued to have the voice control of the shutter. However, I was forced to do a factory reset and now the camera shutter voice control is no longer working and the switch to turn it on is no longer an option in the menus. Anyone know how to get the voice activated shutter back? Thanks in advance for your assistance

It's in the settings for the s-voice program now. You need to have s-voice enabled for it to work.
