Is it actually any good for our phone compared to the stock camera app?

I actually use it over the stock camera app. All I do is point and shoot and I feel like it takes better pictures - stabiliation and color. I haven't gone deep into settings or what it can or can't do but from a tap and shoot...

It's got a ton of effects which is why I like it. But I think the picture quality is the same.

How does one change the file names in this program? I would like to take "camerazoom" out of the generated photo file names.
