Camera!!

My camera on my GS3 will not rotate back to verical mode. It seems to stay on horizontal for all eternity. I even reset my phone and everything. Please HELP!!!! Does anyone know how to change it out of landscape mode?

Does the stock Android camera even do that any more with ICS? My stock camera on my Razr Maxx is always oriented in landscape mode with regard to the onscreen icons. Does it really matter if the icons remain in landscape orientation? It's not like the physical controls on your old point and shoots or SLRs automatically reorient when change the camera position.

On my HTC with ICS my camera controls stay on the bottom of the phone and just the icons rotate when I turn the phone horizontal

That's true, but I think that may be specific to HTC (I remember the same feature with my old Droid Incredible).

Seems there is a lot of stuff that is HTC specific... Not complaining tho.

The icons on my X2 and my Prime do not rotate.

On my SGS3 the icons rotate, while the toolbars remain in the same place.
