Anyone having camera problems with the m7?
Like not focusing at all..
It shall fly out my window very shortly

No problems here either, Havent tested the camera/video thoroughly yet but so far iam satisfied with its performance

Yea time to go back I think.. not a good impression for my first android phone!!

Awe, probably just an obscure hardware defect, they happen in manufacturing occasionally and it's good that you caught it, but at the same time it probably would've been covered under warranty. Sure it's a pain to have to go back to the store and get a replacement, but don't think too bad on Android, it's really something that could've squeezed by since they can't possibly test every feature of every phone before it leaves the factory.

And I'd be surprised if you ever hear of something that specific happening again, sounds totally random!

Well, I don't want to be a ****, but are you sure you haven't turned something off some how/autofocus or some such - I am not sure it is possible though - or trying to focus in the wrong mode/macro/normal etc?

I don't have the phone yet so, can't really help you trouble shoot.

That was my first thought too. If it's stuck in macro mode it would exhibit the same symptoms.
