Camera's inability to focus

After taking a pretty bad spill off my longboard at about 20 mph and sliding 10ft down a gravel road on the pocket with my phone in it I was not surprised to find something on it was broken. I pulled my phone from my pocket to discover the lens was completely shattered. I found this was an easy fix that I ordered the parts for. The issue I cannot find information on is my camera's violent shaking and inability to focus when the app is opened. Is this just because the lens is missing? Or is my camera actually broken? Attached is a result of the camera's constant moving.

If you broke the camera lens, there is a good chance you also damaged the laser focus lens beside it (black oval). However, that really does not explain the picture you attached.

+1. I've seen people talking about replacing the camera yourself, I seem to recall the camera unit isn't very expensive (~$25 on eBay?).
