Can’t download multimedia message

I am unable to download multimedia messages or images while on voice calls. Please help.

Follow the directions to make sure your MMS settings are correct.

Not all carriers can do voice and data at the same time. So even if your APN settings are correct, you may just not be able to download (anything) when on a voice call.
