So I was on Instagram and one of my friends had their page hijacked. Since then my phone has been acting weird, random new pictures showing up I didn't download, crazy instagram pictures and then when I import pictures to my desktop, it has a large amount of pictures I didn't take on there.

Is there a way to tell or to clean the virus if that is what is is? I did a hard reset but seems to be still acting funny. Thanks

Good advice on passwords above. Any computer can get a virus, and Android phones are Linux computers. I would load the application Lookout. It scans your device, including new installs, etc. It sounds like something installed that you did not authorize, so be sure to disable the setting to allow installs from places other than the Google play store. If you can't figure out what is doing this, you may need to do a factory reset - after ensuring you preserve any data (pictures, app files, etc) you care about.

Load Lookout. I've been using this app for several years and LOVE IT!

NOTE: I pay for the premium service which has a couple added features.
