Can a wireless charging pad work through a mophie?

[Android Central Question]

My phone will charge a bit, then stop charging. The ability to charge seems to depend on how the phone is placed / positioned on the charger with a very small movement disconnecting the charge capability. I have a Samsung S9+

It should , try it without it on to verify the charger works with just the phone.

not too sure what the real question is. but unless the phone is over the charging coil in the charging pad, you could have issues. sometimes it takes a while to find the sweet spot. it is like plugging something into an electrical outlet. if the plug is half in or just hanging, it may or may not work.

Welcome to Android Central! If you take the case off, is it more forgiving when you move the phone around on the charger?
