Can an online video site recognize the camera

Just got my Evo yesterday and holy hell it's amazing... Now to my question. Is there any way for an online site, like chatroulette for example, be able to recognize either of the cameras?

I don't know of any sites that do this (though they may exist). I do remember something like this being demoed as part of the froyo keynote at I/O. I think specifically they showed taking a picture through google buzz. It's something that they're implementing through HTML 5 but it isn't finished yet.

Haha ya chatroulette is just an absolute mess. I go on a site called Shovio.com. Check it out its pretty cool. I can see the broadcasts but I can't video in because it wont recognize any of the cameras on the Evo. I wish it could. Maybe a Froyo only deal?
