I just bought the samsung wireless charger, and I just wanted to know if I can use another micro usb cable with it I stead of the one it came with? I want to use a 6 foot cable that I have since the samsung one is short

Not all cables will support high current charging. Many older cables people have laying around will charge phone with much less current.

Monoprice sells inexpensive "charge and sync" cables. They work well.

He's asking about wireless charging and not fast charging wired micro usb cables. Any micro usb cable will support wireless charging, since it only charge around 5V - 0.7A-1A, depends on Qi charger. Also while using wireless charging and sync wont work. So wont matter if the micto usb cable support charge and sync.

Thanks everyone. When I used my own cable it takes 3 hours to charge. I'll have to test the cable it came with to see if it takes as long.
