Can anybody help me?

Hello, recently my home button for the Samsung galaxy S6 edge stopped working so i decided to reset my phone to see if it was an error, it wouldn't work so i did a factory reset. After this i set it up again and went into accessibility and accidentally activated a feature. Now there is a blue bar going up and down the screen and i cant do anything:'( please help me!
