Can anyon tell me why the case (Symmetry series) on my S9 is stopping the usb connector?

I would try to use the usb connector while my case is on, but the case seems to be too big for the usb to connect with the phone, with the clicking sound. It only works when I take off the case, but if I want to use a wireless mouse, I have to take off the case every time.

Have you tried a different cable with perhaps a less bulky plug? Some manufacturers might make the plastic part of the plug a little slimmer, thus making it fit a bit more easily.

Use a bluetooth mouse. No need to connect anything to USB.
