Can anyone explain my GNex battery issues?

I use the extended battery, which used to get me through the day easily. But lately, this is what my battery looks like after only 6:45 of use: Photo Album - Imgur

Can anyone explain why my battery is dying so rapidly? The screen wasn't on all that much, and when it was, I have my background and many of my apps set to use a black background so as to use as little pixel power as possible. Still, the screen claims to be the main culprit.

Is it possible that I have a defective battery, (or worse) a defective device altogether? Is anyone else having battery issues that are THIS bad?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you recently switched to JB or are you still on ICS?

My battery life took a decent hit when I made the jump to JB.

Ya, I'm using this ROM: [FIX]07-07-12-NEW Working GPS Fix and fix for WiFi, BT, & MMS on Verizon 4.1 ROMs - xda-developers

It could be the issue. I'm thinking I may go back and un-root. I hate letting Verizon have my phone by the balls, but...if it works...

Maybe try just running an ICS-based ROM for now, and wait until battery life is figured out for JB. I gave up on JB roms, I tried many kernels/roms to no avail, but I installed AOKP milestone 6 and Trinity's latest stable release for 4.0.4 and I'm getting much better battery life.

Have you installed a program like Gsam battery monitor to see whats using the battery up? I'm on a JB rom, and my battery life is only very slightly worse than it was on ICS (due to Google Now).

This is not a ROM but a fix for the JB ROMs. If you are not using a JB ROM then your trouble is the fix from that link if you flashed it.
