Can anyone explain this issue im having??

Ok, my optimus V keeps losing signal in my house when i use to ALWAYS have full signal. This is even whats weird bout it. When i first get on it, it will show full signal then u will watch the signal bar just lose bars one by one until there is no signal..Any idea on this or how to fix this?

Try activating again. I had a similar issue, I used to have full bars in my home, but now I steadily only have 2.

i did the activate again and its still no bars. Im lucky to get one bar in my house now. It just doesn't make sense because 2 days ago I had full signal.

the signal is so bad it will even switch to 1x alot of the times and i still cant send out text msgs bc of it

Are you rooted and did you flash a rom recently? I found that after not formatting boot and system after a new rom flash, I get stuck with 1x most times.

If you arent rooted, I would try the dreadful, Virgin Mobile customer service. I would tell them you already tried the Activate app since thats clearly the first thing they will try to do, followed by a "Try your phone again in 4 hours".

lol im not rooted on this phone yet. But yeah they always say way 4 hours blah blah blah

You could try doing the PRL swap to the hybrid PRL. It doesn't improve things for everyone, it depends upon the distribution of Sprint and Sprint/Virgin towers near your house. It did improve things for me at home.
