Can anyone help? I have no idea how to fix my Samsung Galaxy note 8 tablet.

Our maintenance guys were emptying out this trailer, and I went through the stuff they had already dumped, and found this. I plug it in, and the screen glitches out as if water damaged. I have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help?
