Can anyone tell me what this bubble/icon is? and how can I erase it or disable it

This morning I found on my Note 4 a strange bubble or icon that I cannot delete or disable and if i click it it disables my phone. After this I need to take the battery off to reset it and gain control of it again. If I turn off the phone it's ok for a short time but it pops on again. I wish I could upload a screen capture to show you what it looks like. Here is the description: It looks like a remote control for a tv and it's a bubble like the one that you find for facebook messenger. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the forums! That sounds like the Peel Smart Remote app. Search for it in your app manager and disable it. It's a known issue affecting many users.
