A call to Best Buy would probably give you a more definite answer than people on the internet can.

best buy only charges your account if you have the black tie with them.

How can you have black tie for an item you dont own yet?
Black tie is their service protection plan through Geeksqaud.
Id be surprised if Sprint even let you do this. Verizon nor ATT lets you charge new phones to your acct. They make you pay upfront for them. I tried a few times.

Now you can charge the phone to your BB card if you have one. lol

Don't kno if you realized it but the post was made at 2 in the morning. Don't think there's any best buys open other than the one in nyc at that time lol

Personally I would wait a few hours to get the FACTS instead of an immediate OPINION of someone who probably doesn't know what they are talking about. Case in point...

Sprint 100% lets you do it. I bought another phone a week ago from Sprint and they asked me if I wanted to pay for it then or put it on my bill. Had the entire cost of the phone and the activation fee put on my Sprint bill.

Yeah, if your account is current and you don't have a spending limit, you can absolutely bill phone purchases to your Sprint account. What I did with my EVO cuz I didn't want to wait for pay day!

interesting. . . other carriers dont let you do that for some reason anymore. They used to years ago, but stopped a long time ago for some reason. Might be around when people started figuring out how to unlock phones. lol

Sprint has let you do this for years. However, you must not have a spending limit on your account. I always do this with my phones so I can basically try them for free.

I understand there is supposed to be a restocking fee, but I always just pick a female rep when I return phones. I flirt with them a bit and they've never charged me a restocking fee.

In DC BesBuy must be paid in person, such as with a CC, DC, or cash.

About 2yrs ago Spring wouldn't let me charge to their account a phone purchase. I was surprised, but they said it was a new policy. At the time, I had 3 lines on my account, always paid in full and on time, and had no limit on my account. They said that it had nothing to do with my account.

I actually prefer paying with my CC. AMEX doubles warranties and if you lose the device or it breaks within 90 days they replace the device for the price you paid!
