can I backup my android os someplace, am rooted

Don't want to loose root but if I do I want the insurance of recovery. Have 4.3 now and not going to update ever. OTA is a known no-no.

If you are rooted download Titanium Backup. You can backup your phone to the SD card or to the cloud. Awesome app .

Have and did titanium. Where is os and how would a restore of os happen?

If your not a member of XDA forum you should sign up and ask this question over there . Think you need a file called Odin. I'm not sure. When I was Rooted on my other phones I really didn't worry about it .

Did join XDA, thought my question was to genetic. Will follow this thread for the day and then will do as you suggested. Thanks
