The note 20U came down in price and is $50 more then the S21+. My father in law is getting the S21+ only because the price was cheaper. The note 20U is way more of a phone then the S21 is and this is way more of a better value, plus you get $150 samsung credit for accessories.

Just says created, the cancel button is gone, but not expected to ship till later this month. Can this be cancelled yet?

It can, you just need to call Customer Service with your order details. Worst case, once you receive it, just process a return and done!

Wow great deal, I have the Note 10+ and this is tempting but my phone is really working good. I wish Samsung would quit reborn me. I am retired and can't keep doing this. : )

I hear you. Would be nice to know if samsung is indeed dropping the note series and this is the last note, I would say jump on it for sure. I am getting the feeling that the note is over, they are talking about announcing the fold 3 in may, no mention that I've seen of the note 21. If they are planning on moving the note to the S series, they really screwed it up with the s21U, the Spen is not embedded or bluetooth. This gives me hope there's a note 21, I'm not a samsung fanboy and accept that for a note. I like my fold 2, and would like Spen support, but if they do it like the S21U, then who cares, it's useless IMO.

I get the retired part, I'm going to slow down on phones myself. They are getting to expensive to do yearly or quarterly as some of these young ones do, and retirement is coming. I think common sense starts setting in when getting older and you start seeing these new phones really don't offer much new every year, that's probably why I see the S21 series as a disaster if you have a note 20U or note 10+, there's realy nothing to get excited about if you look past the new part.

With the note 20 deal, go with your gut, that's a great price to step up to it, but there's really no need to for specs if you have the note 10+ either. My opinion, I would only do it if you think the notes are gone, but samsung is not saying much about it, but I do seem to recall some article that samsung did mention the note going and the folds taking the notes spot, but I can't say that for sure, my memory could be acting up. If I see the article I'll share it.

Thank God, looks.like the note is staying around, let's pray the Spen stays embedded in phone

By the way, the price for you to get the note 20U trading in a note 10+ is $549. I was trading in a s7, lower trade in amount.

Thanks for the info. I had heard somewhere that there would be one more note and it would be the NOTE 20 FE? But who knows. I moved to the LG V60 last August because my wife needed a new phone and I thought I wanted something different. (I have had almost every note.) I gave her my Note 10+ and got the V60 Dual Screen. But after a while I really didn't use the dual screen much and yes a stylus worked with it but not being embedded in the phone had me not using it like I thought I would. BUT I also missed some of the Samsung options like DEX and was missing some of the features on my Galaxy watch 3.. So wound up buying my wife the A51 which she loves and taking my Note 10+ back. I could trade in the Note 10+, sell the v60 and pretty much get the Note 20 Ultra for nothing. I think some of my hesitation is sentimental. While my wife had the Note she wound up in the hospital for almost two months. Twenty four days with covid pneumonia (14 days on vent), Several Weeks in rehab to get over being on the vent, then had heart attack right after getting out of rehab. Being that everything was locked down the only way I could visit with her was on the phone. Couldn't get in during the hospital stays (only during rehab for a few hours a day). Sometimes the nurses let me duo chat with her for a few minutes. Truly was a nightmare, and the duo video chat would at least let me see her from time to time when a nurse would find a little time to hold the phone for her even when my wife couldn't.

So the 10+ was my only connection to her so I somehow feel connected to this phone? Crazy I know.

Anyway, sorry for the long story, but I value your input above about your thoughts. Still on the fence about trading. I think I would love a galaxy fold 3 but only if the spen was embedded and of course my budget was a little better.

What's the big deal to wait until August to see if there is another Note? If there is one, great. If not, then you're just 5-6 months away from the S22 but at least you won't be in a situation where you have the S21 and then the Note 21 comes out and you're having this situation again. Discounted price or not, Note 20U is just 6 mos old. Granted I believe the reviews have said the cameras are better, but you're sacrificing on the sd card and S Pen for clarity on the Note situation.

Yes, s21 not an option I am looking for. I am just trying to determine if note 20 ultra is a good upgrade from my note 10+ at this discounted price.

Ahhh... I get it. That makes sense to want to know if there will be another Note. If not, I'd easily say to go for it. If there is another one, it might be worth holding but the trade in values will continue to decrease. My guess that if there is another Note, the trade in value would drop to like $250-$300.

KupKrazy, Thanks for the input.
