I want open my Netflix throughout it but i am not in US . can i change DNS ???

I'm assuming you'll get the same Network configuration options you have on any WiFi-enabled device, including static IP's, manual DNS, VPN's, etc. But not sure if you'll be able to use apps like Hola Unblocker on this thing (don't think you can, but I might be wrong as this is based on Android after all).

Google always do some queries to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 DNSs (their own) when it comes to geo-location, so you'd better use a router that can re-direct those calls - some Asus with Merlin firmware or any dd-wrt enabled router will do. It applies to Chromecast too
