can i change my tablet back to normal?

On my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 i made root, installed ROM Manager, and tried to install cyanogenmod 11, but something went wrong: installation was cancelled and i pressed backup device. Later on, the only thing that appeared on my device was the battery charging screen, but without any animation. I'd like to know if there is any way to revive my device at home.

Welcome to the forums. You can try flashing a different ROM from an SD card. You can try the same one you did, or you can flash the version prior to the one you flashed, and then you can do so in recovery.
