How to do ROM backup of A737 Astro Tab

How do I do an offline full ROM backup of an "A737 Astro Tab" android tablet? I want to do it without unlocking the bootloader, because I don't want to WIPE the data, I want to BACK UP the data.

The android version of the tablet is "Android 5.1.1". This device seems to have been released in 2016.

I couldn't find any category to post this in, because the devices listed does not show "A737 Astro Tab" or anything similar to that.

That's a very old device and Android version, with that being said try to offload them to cloud service that way you can gain access to more important data like photos try something like Google photos if it still works on your Android version.

You can do a backup via ADB, if you have a Windows PC, it's done through the command prompt. You would need to install ADB, there are lots of videos that can show you how to do it. And you would need to enable developer options so you can enable USB debugging.
