i bought an LG G4 in amazon. Can I charge my phone in 220 volts wherein it is our power supply voltage in the philippines?

Check the input voltage data on charger. Pretty much all are universal power supplies (110-220) so yes you can, depending on compatibility of plug type. You might need a regional adapter for plug.
