Can I choose not to connect to a WiFi network?

As a new user, a few questions will pop-up. Today it's WiFi. I usually keep it on and on my previous phone I could choose which networks I would connect to automatically. I can't seem to find that setting on my P10 Plus.

So either I have to forget the network or turn off WiFi (and remember to turn it back on again).

And yes, I could probably fix this with IFTTT,l but I choose not to .

I don't have an 8, I'm still using my 3, but I don't see any "connect automatically" there either. PC yes, Note no.
