Can I clone messenger app without a 3rd party app?

I recently got an LG V50 running Android 9. During setup it gove me the option to install multiple copies of several social media apps. I installed FB and then moved on with the intention of installing duplicates of others later. Now it's later and I can't figure out how without using a 3rd party app. Is this possible to get back to? I willattempt to upload a SS with the app icon with the "cloned logo."

Welcome to the forums. I moved your thread to the V50 forum where it'll be easier getting help from other owners. In the meantime, can you find an option in your settings for dual/parallel apps?
