Can I completely deactivate S Voice?

Hi!
Is there some way to completely deactivate the S Voice feature on my S4 Mini?

I don't ever want to have my phone talk to me & it is irritating that just accidentally squeezing the home button twice, while the phone is "locked" & in a pocket, brings up S Voice complaining about not finding an internet connection!

I don't want the phone trying to connect to internet when it is locked either...

Root the phone, install Link2SD and freeze S Voice.
