Can I completely disable the Notification Slider on my S10

[Android Central Question]

Hi there!

So my Samsung galaxy S10 had a cracked screen and now its giving me the followin issue:

On random occasions, but often, my notification bar slides down on its own. Sometimes half way and sometimes all the way. It happens often and I need to side up a million times to have it stay up. Usually Locking and unlocking allows me to use it for a while and then it starts again.

I know fixing the screen is the sollution but for now I was hoping to be able to disable the notification slider all together. Its literally the only problem I am having with the phone and just turning it off would fix it.
