Can I connect my new S7 Edge to my iCloud account and get my data onto it?

Is it possible to move my data from my iCloud account to get my data on to my new S7 Edge?

Is there a way to connect a Windows computer to that account and get data from it, without running any special Apple program? If there is, do the same thing on the phone. (I don't use iCloud, so I don't know, but some cloud accounts have web interfaces, some don't and if there's no program for that account for that device, you'd have to download everything to the original device [a Mac, I suppose, in this case], then to the S7.)
