Can I control the apps on my Android Tablet with my Android S6 Active?

can I control the apps on my android tablet with my android 6s active

I have eye examination apps on my tablet and on t\my phone..can I link the two so that I can place the tablet in form to the patient and scroll through and administer the tablet tests with the phone?

If you run a VNC server on the tablet and a VNC viewer on the S6, the S6 can run anything that's on the tablet (it becomes a remote console on the tablet). I've always used RealVNC, but most of them are about the same.
