Bought the Note 7 while I was in the the US. For personal reasons I had to return to the UK earlier than I anticipated. Now I'm stuck with a phone I can't use. Called Samsung US and UKnd none of the reps have any idea of what to do
As of right now, you need to get it replaced in the place of purchase. So not only do you need to replace it in the US, but also from the store/carrier/outlet you got it from. Said vendor MIGHT be able to help ship abroad, though.
Absolutely terrible Service. Samsung have bounced me in between UK and US each time saying someone would contact me back and havent.
At one point the rep from US said I should continue using my phone! Even though I checked the IMEI and it a dangerous one. Even if it wasn't thats such terrible information - Wish I had recorded them saying that.
