Can I get some different advice on how to get rid of this hacker?

[Android Central Question]

I have bought 2 new phones with new numbers, changed emails & passwords, & still cannot shake this hacker. They are controlling my phone & make my service go off everyday & have deactivated most of my apps. I have no uninstall option on none of my apps either as there are many strange apps downloaded now including wifi apps. I get strange calls daily saying they got calls from my number & only I use my phone & do not call anyone but family. I am so frustrated & want my privacy.

When you say you're using different emails, are those new addresses and did you set up multifactor authentication? Did someone help you set up your email accounts or did you do that on your own?

Hi,
We are Android forum community here , we are not specialized in hackers, thats best for proper authorities to handle especially its on going after changing your passwords ,numbers,phones .
Maybe some members can point u in the right direction but like I mentioned we are not hacker specialists.
