Can I get some help accessing the Knox app?

klms agent / knox app... need assistance

cant access knox app. have a black screen and wont allow me to see all open apps... dont know how!
where are the settings???
ive removed it.
ive force stopped the app...nothing will reset it!
Dunno if i remember the pin now...


I actually dont like it or the idea of it still there, on my phone. Especially when i dont have control of it...
