Can I get some help with a few problem I am having with my HTC One since I rebooted it?

htc one/htc since.reboot problems

Htc one asked if I wanted to update android.to android 5.0 accepted update.but, wasn't aware of the lollipop.zip I had to install on phone storage first.

That's how an update works - you download the file, then the phone installs it. Then you clear the system cache (in Settings in Storage).
