Can I get some help with a Music Sorting Problem?

Music Sorting Problem

So recently, it seems as though that whenever i add music by an artist that already exists on my phone, my phone creates a separate section for that specific song/album. I always sort by artists, and let's say i already have music by King Crimson or They Might be Giants and i add more of their music to my phone. Now i have 2 different versions of those artists. This is really annoying me and i wanna know the solution if anyone can help me out. I already tried stuff like clearing my cache and that hasn't worked out for me.

It happens to me too. Even if all the attributes (artist and album) are the same for all the songs, the phone will create a separate section and place some songs all by themselves. It's too trivial for me to worry about so I just create playlists that include all the songs from that one artist. One of these days I'm going to look into it again when I'm bored! LOL!
