Problems with music apps

Hello. I just switched to a Samsung S7 Edge. Does anyone else with this phone experience music being "distorted" when making videos with apps such as Klipmix, Flipgram etc.? Anytime I try to make a video, once they are finished, the audio is so distorted that its completly unlistenable. I have the latest samsung updates and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling these apps. Just curious if anyone else is experiening this problem.

Hi

Did the device come with then newer update, or did you update to the newer version after switching to the s7? You'll need to try one or both of the below options.

1. Enter Recovery and Wipe Cache Partition. (No Data Loss Will Occur).
2. Full Factory Reset (WILL LOSE ALL DATA) BE SURE TO BACK UP YOUR PHONE.

Is the distortion there when you take a normal video with the included camera app or is it specific to third party apps? It could be as simple as those apps needing to be updated for the S7e.

I would try emailing the developer of the app to make them aware of the issue.

You can usually find their email at the bottom of the Play Store listing for the app.
