Can I get some help with an LG G3 T-Mobile root?

LG G3 T-mobile root

I recently updated my LG G3 that was rooted due to it acting weird.. anyways I want to reroot it of course! But I can't seem to find anything that will work. Anyone know of any way to root this phone?

The model is LG G3 D851
software version is D85120e

I'd suggest finding the T-Mobile LG G3 forum over at XDA. If there is a method they will know.

I'm not familiar with the current state of gaining root on current firmware.

Went on XDA, there is stuff about rooting it but its all out of date. Doesnt work for the newest update

I've not checked myself, but I've heard other's mention that it's not currently possible to root the most up to date official firmware. They are blocking the bump method somehow (I'm guessing). Someone will likely find a work around, but almost certainly you'll be looking a way to downgrade your firmware back to a version that was root-able.

I recommend flashing back to stock, rooting, and then updating or pushing your own firmwares manually.
