Can I get some help with moving apps on my Galaxy Tab4?

It keeps saying my storage is low and I can't move anything from the device storage to sd card.

Welcome to Android Central! If the device doesn't have native support for moving apps to SD, then you have to root the device and use an app like Link2SD or App Mgr III.
