Can I get some help with my 2014 Moto G Clock update problem?

2014 Moto G Clock Update Now Problems

After an automatic update to my Moto G clock from 10:00am - 1:00pm the dashboard clock doesnt display minute (e.g., 10:... ). At 1pm it will display hours and minutes.
Has anyone had this problem and how to fix it??

I haven't had this particular problem since the update, but almost everything els has stopped working.

Have you tried turning off the phone, and then back on?

I have resorted to sending for a micro sym to download everything and then set to factory settings. I may and try that to go back to kitkat if poss.
