HTC mini one with multiple issues: battery, speed....

Hello,
I have this HTC mini one for 1,5 years now. I encountered since the last few weeks multiples annoying issues which are getting worse: first my battery is overheating, my mobile is getting slow when I want to read a text mssg or emails, it get frozen for few long seconds ( I can't even switch off) and then the screen goes black. I 'm not really sure what's going on here!!!

I can send my mobile to be fixed but I need to save my data in a back up system. The problem is my laptop recognizes the device but when I open it there is nothing.
Does anyone had this similar issue before? If so, how did you manage to save your data?

Hello Cecile....welcome to Android Central.

From your description it sounds to me as if your battery may be failing. Since, on your device, that is not easily user-replaceable, it may be worth getting it tested locally if you can.
