htc sync manager troubleshooting
I have an AT&T HTC ONE M8. :'
'(When I connect my htc usb to my pc, the htc sync manager opens and shows that the attempt to connect to my device has started. After approximately 2 minutes or less, I get a message that my "DEVICE IS UNAVAILABLE." THE USB cable is new, my device is 2 weeks old, I powered off my device for 5 minutes (that failed). I tried this process several times and I keep getting the same message. I have Windows 7, the manager drivers are updated. HELP please.
