That seems to be one of those limited market (South Africa, in this case) devices, so not only aren't you going to get much help with it, unless it's a standard Android question, you won't get any data the manufacturer hasn't made public. Only people in that marker are going to own one, and only a small percentage of people who own a particular device actually know more than how to use them normally - not enough to help anyone with a problem not covered in the manual.
