AC Question
MOTOROLA ATRIX MODEL MB860 with original software. Two part question:
1. What software is it?
2. It keeps rebooting. Due to the following: I was trying to send a very large audio file-301MB, from Andrecorder via Google drive as the file size was too big for regular gmail. This all for my girlfriend who has lung cancer-it was the last appointment we went to for her surgery. Anyhow, the first time is was paused and said that it was waiting for WiFi. So, I turned on the Wifi. The upload still paused. I then tried simply to resend it two more times. During the sending time-it displayed on my notification drop box that three messages were uploading. Then another notification popped up and read low storage. After about three to five minutes, the phone either shut off or started to reboot. I was at only about 15% charged when this happened. I then plugged the phone in and let it charge for about fifteen minutes or maybe less. Nonetheless, when I turned it back on, it started doing the reboot deal. And after trying to restart it a few more times, error messages noting that certain programs were not properly operating had to "force close". They are the following, but not exact in wording-except for number two:
1. process mortorola service
2. The application Google Play services (process com.google.android.gms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again -then it says on the bottom to force close
3) process com.andriod.vending
4) Norton deactivation
Fortunately, my wallpaper is still showing up when I try to reboot. Secondly, a phone repair tech confirmed that my internal memory storage is still present. He simply can not retrieve the data as the phone keeps rebooting. PLEASE HELP...I DESPERATELY NEED TO OBTAIN MY ALL PHOTOS and the Andrcorder recordings-they are work related and personal. PLEASE HELP fellow Android brothers and sisters. THANK YOU
WHAT CAN I DO..?
