Can I get some help with my S5?

S5 Missing Things

I updated my device to Lollipop a few weeks ago. For about a week or two all was good. But all of a sudden I am now having multiple issues.

1) My contact crash constantly whether I am in them or not.

2) My phone is very slow to react. I attempt to open the phone dialer, messenger, or another app and it can take sometimes more than 15 seconds to open. A lot of the time my screen will turn off before the app opens.

3) My customized ringtones and notification tones cannot be found by the device. They are in the file, but when I try to assign them they are not found in the list, only the default tones.

4) My Gallery is not showing my Downloaded pictures. Again, when I look at the files, they are there. The Gallery will only show the things on the SD card.

Anyone know how to fix these issues? Without factory resetting my device.

Update OC7 fixes a lot of issues.

My phone is also having a ton of issues after that install. Its slow, the home button doesnt work right, it freezes constantly. I've checked for other updates but the phone says it's current. This phone is becoming more and more of a paper weight.

Update OC7 fixes a lot of issues.

I am also up to date on my updates.

Now my Wi-Fi is not working.... Anyone have any ideas?

You didn't mention if you tried performing a Wipe Cache Partition.

Definitely worth a try, at least it's not a Factory Reset.
