qusstion about voicemail

ok i have a samasung galaxy s6 edge verizon version unlocked ? and i use it with cricket wireless sim card ,and i cant get to my voice mail ? every time i dial my voicemail they ask me to inter my pin ,i did inter the pin then they ask me to inter the pin after 3 time doing that it hung out ? can anyone help me with this ? thank you ?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you go through the process of setting up your Cricket voicemail? If you were using it on Verizon before, then it's probably still trying to access the Verizon voicemail. Open the Phone app, tap Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voicemail>Setup, and make sure it's set up properly for Cricket.
