Can I get some help with some audio issues I am having with my Nexus 6?

audio issues on nexus 6

i have used head phones and my aux cable in my car. My music sounds like its 30 feet away. th only way it sounds proper is if i have the charger plugged in. and i have a personal and work nexus 6 both have the same issue.

When you plug into the headphone jack, are you feeling or hearing it click into place? If the plug isn't in securely, that can give the hollow/faraway sound.

Also make sure there isn't any debris in the jack. Use a damp toothpick to root around, or blow it out with a can of compressed air.
