Can I get some help with some battery issues?

My Phone has some battery issues.

I have a Note 3 and lately i been having battery issue. First my phone dosent notify me when i have low battery it might say like its at 40% then 25min later it shuts off by itself and 2nd when i plug my phone charger and turn the phone back on it starts charging at 60% or 70% and in 10 min it says its fully charge when i know the battery is completly drain. Any help guys? Thanks. Phone starts charging around 50% or higher and dosent start at 15% or where ever its suppose to be.

It sounds as if the battery is growing dendrites. (See Lithium Battery Dendrite links for more than you want to know about the subject.) The only "fix" is replacing the battery. (The good part is that good ones, like Anker, are only about $15.) Think of how Chevy feels when a $5,000 Volt battery grows a dendrite under warranty. (The auto industry is throwing money by the trainload at finding a way to prevent the problem - it's costing them a fortune to replace batteries.)
