HTC One system update woes

Had a system update for my HTC One this morning. Downloaded it, phone was going through the updating process but now I just have a continuous string of error messages asking to send an error report. I've clicked send/ don't send but they just keep coming! Have rebooted phone but has had no effect. I'm totally untechy and have no idea what to do. Please help!

Try clearing the cache.
