Problems with multiple User accounts and Micro SD card

Hey!

I was trying to create a second user account on my LG G3 and the setup process proceeded as expected and the second user was created. However, once I switched back to my main 'Owner' account, I found that my phone was no longer able to launch the apps which I had saved on my SD - my SD was loaded and I could read files and photos stored on it, but I was unable to launch the apps transferred to it from the internal memory. I had to delete the second user account in order to return full access to my SD.

I wondered if anyone else had encountered this problem, and if there was a fix?

Don't move the apps to the SD card until after you set up the second account.

You're not really moving the apps, you're moving pieces to them. The links to the pieces are still in internal storage, point to places, not file names, on the card. Moving things around on the card ruins that and leaves you with "uninstalled" apps.
