Weird issues with the Note 4 with no apparent solution

I have been having some really weird [inappropriate language edited by Moderator] happening to my note 4 over the past couple of days.
I bought the phone around 3 months ago from the UAE (The exynos variant SM-N910C).
Around three days ago random issues have started arising, here is a list of the things i can remember:
-Rotating the phone into landscape mode and back into portrait mode while watching a video in the youtube application causes a sharp static noise to emit from the speaker.
-Rotating the phone into landscape mode and back into portrait mode while watching a video on youtube through google chrome or the native internet browser causes the videos to become distorted (random black and white pixels) for a while (then it goes back to normal until i rotate it again), no static noise though.
-The folders on my home screen would randomly get dots (pixels) on them which are different from the folder color.
-Pictures in my gallery (not all of them) seem distorted with random black and white and colored pixels appearing if i zoom in into a picture
-Applications randomly stop working (crash)
-Buttons (in random apps) and icons on the home screen randomly disappear or get replaced by black and grey bars.
-I dont know if this one is relevant or not, i did the receiver test on the HW module testing screen (the one you get when you dial *#0*#) and the phone gives off a beeping sound (which i'm guessing is emitted from the receiver and is completely normal) but it is preceded by a static sound similar to the one i get from the youtube app only this time it is not emitted from the speaker.
I hope i didn't forget anything
Anyway, i did a factory reset through the phone twice and the issues persisted.
Today i did a firmware upgrade and initialization through Samsung Kies and yet the problems persisted.
I've tried removing the microSD card and running the phone. no go...
I've tried rebooting and wiping cache, same thing.
Alas, i have come to the conclusion that this is a hardware issue and i am ready to send this thing over to the company, but before i do i just wanted to check if anyone was experiencing the same issues (i doubt) or if anyone has any insight as to what is going wrong.
I would really appreciate any help i can get cuz this thing is driving me nuts.
