Direct help needed!
Hey. I'm a newbie on this forum.
Today at 9:30am local time I upgraded my Android phone (Telenor Smart Pro 2, a modified version of Alcatel One Touch M'pop) and later, I was followed by "Unfortunately, Bluetooth has stopped". I click "Force close", it pops up again. I turn off the device, turn it on again, only once appears, I click "Force close" and it lets me enter my PIN (can't say due to security reasons), and then, boo! "Unfortunately, X has stopped" pops too much, surrounded by a black background with the notes bar on top still. I went to recovery mode and resetted my phone, same results. Again resetted, same results. What should I do?
